In order to provide you and your employer with personalized workflow software solutions (the “Driveroo Inc. Service”), Driveroo Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Driveroo Inc.”) need you to provide us with certain Personal Information (defined below) about yourself. We take the privacy of this Personal Information very seriously.
1. Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information from which you can be individually identified (“Personal Information”).
Note for Employees/Contractors: If you use Driveroo via your employer, your employer is the “Data Controller” and Driveroo is the “Data Processor.” Your employer’s privacy policy may also apply to your data. Driveroo cannot modify or delete employer-controlled data without their authorization.
2. Personal Information We Collect
- Information You Provide: Profile information (name, contact details), account credentials, and payment information (processed by third-party providers).
- Automatically Collected Information: IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and usage patterns.
- Outside Sources: Information from business partners or third parties where you have provided authorization.
3. How and Why We Use Your Information
We process data based on Consent, Legitimate Interests (business operations), Performance of a Contract, and Legal Obligations. Uses include:
- Providing and improving the Driveroo Service.
- Communicating security and administrative updates.
- Marketing (where opted-in).
- Ensuring legal and age-gate compliance.
4. Sharing of Personal Information
Driveroo does not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties. We share data only with:
- Our Customers: To allow employers to manage service and maintenance schedules.
- Service Providers: Subcontractors and vendors who assist our operations.
- Legal Necessity: To comply with laws, subpoenas, or protect safety and rights.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, sale, or acquisition.
5. Data Security and International Transfers

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined. Typically, accounts inactive for more than three years will be deleted, unless legal or bookkeeping requirements dictate otherwise.
8. Request for Data Deletion
If you would like to request that your Personal Information be deleted from our active databases, please submit a formal request via our Support Portal:

Please note: If your data was provided to us by your employer, we may be required to notify them of your request or redirect you to their administrative team to fulfill the deletion, as Driveroo may be acting as a service provider under their direction. Some data may be retained in archives for legal, fraud prevention, or audit purposes.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected and shared.
- Delete personal information (see Section 8).
- Opt-Out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Non-Discrimination for exercising these rights.
